We realise that things are constantly changing at the moment, and there are decisions being made that are out of our hands. A lot of these decisions are affecting what we can do and where we can travel.
We want to let you book with confidence.
You can book any of our lessons or clinics knowing that if things change at the last minute you will be able to move, transfer or get a full refund.
For whatever reason, if the Covid pandemic means that things change and the lesson or clinic is not possible, then you know that you can easily change the booking, transfer it or get a full refund.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Cancellation: If the cancellation is made up to four weeks prior to the booking date and the client has already paid in full, a full refund will be made.If the cancellation is made within the four weeks preceding the booking we will try to resell the session. If we can resell the space a full refund will be made to the client. If we cannot resell the space then no refund will be made and the full payment will be retained.All payments are made in Euros and TDCski are not responsible for any losses or gains
incurred as the result of exchange rate changes.
Occasionally, TDCski coaches get ill or injured. If the coach that you are scheduled to ski with is ill or injured then it may not be possible for TDCski to run your sessions. We will notify you as soon as practicably possible if this were to happen. Sometimes illness and injuries happen at the very last minute. If this were the case then TDCski would do its best to find you a replacement coach or refund you in full.
In the event that official government advice prevents travel to France or if the resort you are skiing in closes, a full refund will be made on any bookings affected by the aforementioned travel restriction, even if this is within the four week cancellation period.

Weather: We cannot be held responsible for the weather and will not cancel or refund sessions due to inclement conditions or limited piste/lift openings.
Illness/Injury: No refund will be made in the regrettable event of a client suffering an injury or illness during the booking period. However, we will be happy to give you a letter for your insurance company.

Liability: All coaches are fully British and internationally qualified and hold the French ‘equivalence’.
All coaches have private professional liability insurance. THE DEVELOPMENT CENTRE accepts no liability for the clients whilst under the professional instruction of the coach. Clients must ensure they have their own wintersports insurance including 3rd party and rescue cover for the nature of skiing that they wish to do. In the unlikely event of an accident or illness no refund can be given.

Off-piste: Coaches will take every precaution possible to keep clients safe when skiing off the pistes. However, clients should aware that the risk of an accident is increased with exposure to the uncontrolled variables of a less predictable environment. Clients must be insured for off piste skiing.

Covid-19 additional terms and conditions will apply to all bookings scheduled to happen between 1st November 2020 and 31st May 2021
